Product Summary and Analysis Draft 2

According to Wee(2019), the latest Garmin Fenix 6X Pro Solar will be the leading technology for the fitness-oriented GPS watch to implement the solar charging facility. The wristwatch is part of Garmin's new Fenix series that include advance multisport GPS smartwatches with Power Manager for lasting battery life, and the familiar PacePro technology for pace advice.

The wristwatch is constructed with Power Glass, a clear solar charging lens that prolong it's battery life up to 3 weeks in smartwatch mode.  As stated by the article, the "Fenix 6X Pro Solar was manufactured with titanium or diamond-like carbon coated with titanium."

The Fenix 6 collection has expanded the display size of its offering to 1.3 and 1.4 inch respectively. Aside from the hardware enhancement, the series also include new software such as the Dynamic PacePro that's proclaim to help the user keep pace with its "grade-adjusted guidance" as the user runs a route.

The wristwatch include "topographic maps for outdoor adventures, ski maps for over 2,000 ski resorts worldwide, and 41,000 golf courses." User are also able to synchronise and stockpile their beloved music playlist from their premium music service subscriptions on their wristwatch for music on the go without the need of their smartphones.

Comparing to the previous series, Garmin Fenix 5, the Fenix 6 battery life is more lasting. The pulse oximeter is now in all of series 6 as it was only applicable to Fenix 5X Plus. It has a 1.4 inch sunlight-readable display that is 36% bigger than the previous Fenix 5X gadget with a similarity in the sizes of the watch case. Other comparable factor is that has a wrist-based Heart Rate Monitor(HRM) while swimming, more data fields on the watch face, an enhance on the Optical Heart Rate Monitor, solar charging, body battery, Temperature and Altitude Acclimation, and it has over 20 different design to choose from.

Some of the unique design limited to the Fenix 6 series is that it has this Body Battery Score give a integrated score of your body's energy levels. It fetches your sleep data, heart rate data, training data and stress metrics into one software, which is known as "Body Battery". Another unique design is Power Management and Ultra Long Power Modes and the Solar charging which is exclusive to only Garmin Fenix 6X Pro only. The battery life is prolong by changing the chip set from Polar Vantage series, Coros Vertix and the Suunto 9 to the Sony GPS chip set and it drastically enhance the battery life across the Garmin Fenix 6 series.

As the Garmin Fenix 6 is still a newly launch product, which was released around the month of August, the cons of it is bare minimum. The cons of the Garmin Fenix 6 is that it does not have many new design compare to the Garmin Fenix 5 Plus, as there is not many new design the pricing of the Garmin Fenix 6 series is also very expensive ranging from $599.99 USD to $1,149 USD. The Garmin Fenix 6 series is also not the most stylish design of wristwatches.

Overall, I would strongly recommend the Garmin Fenix 6 series because the battery life is prolong as a lot of user wants to know about how long can the battery last, it is able to illuminate well in a well-lit environment and an LED backlight for dark environment. As far as it is concern, the Garmin Fenix 6 series is able to connect to both Android and Iphone so there will not any problem on these aspect at all.
